Victim was reported missing on 6/17/1975 by his son.
Son came by the residence to take his parents out for father's day. No one was home. Vehicles were in the garage, keys, wallet, and money were in the bedroom.
Victim's dog was in backyard without food or water, Victim as last seen on 6/11/1975. A teen age daughter claimed that her parents left the morning of the 11th to go to a funeral. Victim supposedly placed a 38 cal. smith and wesson revolver in his waistband prior to leaving. Victim and his wife supposedly entered a green colored limosene and drove off. Daughter refused to take a polygraph. There was a conflict with the daughter who was told to move out of the house on Monday. Investigators searched the sewers in the neighborhood, dug up the yard where the victim had a garden and also dug up a piece of land which the victim and his wife had purchased to build their retirement home. Victim and his wife were never seen again.
